ORDER CANCELLATION

In case you wish to cancel your order, and provided that the product has not been sent, you must contact the customer department service in 210 3423811 or send an email to order@hohnp-shop.com. In case your order has been sent, you can return it using the same courier without return courier costs. (free of charge – receiving fee)

PRODUCT AND MONEY RETURN

You have the right to return the product you received with 14 calendar days explaining the reason for its return. The returned product must be in its initial condition and you will not be charged for the return costs provided you use the company we cooperate ELTA COURIER.

If the above conditions are not met, then the product will be returned at your expense. In order to return the product, you must fill in the relevant form (back sheet) that wasshipped with the product.

The refund is made with the same way that the payment was made within a week from the date we receive the product. In case you have paid in cash on delivery, our company will deposit the amount into a bank account you indicate.

RIGHT OF REPLACEMENT WITHIN 14 DAYS

Because we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, in case something you do not like or does not make you or was defective or does not correspond with the product of your order, you have the right to request the replacement of the product to another number and / or in another color. For the replacement procedure, the maximum period of repayment margin is up to fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.

In order for the replacement to be done, you must do the follow within 14 days:

1. Deliver the product and the completed return form with all the necessary information in order to be acceptable the return of the product, as well as any change in color / number or another species. If the replacement is not possible because of the unavailability of the desired product, we will contact you to offer alternatives.

2. The product you will return should not have been used and should be is in its original packaging.

The mission of the new product will take place over a period equal to the time of the original mission. If you want to change the product shipped either you will get a refund or you will replace it with another product in order to offset the difference in money.
